Protect McMillan Mesa
The City of Flagstaff has a request for proposal to put a "snowplay" area on McMillan Mesa that includes parking for 600 cars, tubing runs, a lift, and a lodge (of unknown size). In addition, they are requesting to make snow with reclaimed water to ensure a "consistent" season. The Planning and Zoning Commission had a meeting recently to begin discussion of the project. Here is a video presentation of the project details.

Friends of Flagstaff's Future has taken a proactive stance on this issue and has a lot of information on their website, please read this page and consider joining their efforts so we can keep a unified front, but also keep reading below and take the following steps.
After you have watched the video and read the documentation at F3...
Contact Flagstaff City Officials and urge them to have some RESPECT for themselves and the rest of their town and not fake winter with treated sewage effluent on McMillan Mesa. If you can't play in the sprinkler, why can you play in the snow?
No, No No, to poison snow!
